A Telecaller Cum Front Office Executive is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls while handling front desk operations professionally. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring excellent communication, customer service, and administrative support. The executive plays a key role in generating leads, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a positive company image.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries politely and efficiently
- Manage front office operations, including greeting visitors and handling walk-ins
- Maintain call records, visitor logs, and follow-up details accurately
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal departments
- Provide information about company services and assist in lead generation
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely communication
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language(s)
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Prior experience as a telecaller, receptionist, or front office executive is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
